Senior Art Director

As a dynamic and experienced Senior Art Director, your role will involve leading the visual development and execution of integrated campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, and account teams to conceptualize and deliver effective ideas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing art direction for print, TVC storyboarding, photoshoots, and design, as well as contributing to digital design needs such as social media creatives and banners. It will be crucial for you to guide junior team members, maintain a high standard of visual execution, and present concepts to internal teams and clients confidently. Key Responsibilities: - Lead visual development and execution of integrated campaigns, focusing on mainline advertising. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate original ideas. - Oversee art direction for print, TVC storyboarding, photoshoots, and design. - Contribute to digital design needs including social media creatives and banners. - Guide junior team members to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and creative vision. - Present concepts and creative rationales confidently. - Maintain a high standard of visual execution across all mediums. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in creative/art direction, preferably in an advertising agency. - Strong portfolio showcasing work on mainline and digital platforms. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or After Effects is a plus. - Solid understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to lead shoots and post-production processes. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
