Senior Art Director

As an Art Director at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the visual direction and execution of our brand and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing innovative visual concepts in alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals. - Leading and mentoring a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives. - Collaborating closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to create cohesive and compelling campaigns. - Ensuring visual consistency and high-quality design standards across all touchpoints. - Overseeing the production of creative assets such as style guides, storyboards, layouts, and final artwork. - Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope. - Presenting ideas and design rationale to stakeholders and clients. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in art direction or senior design roles. - Proven portfolio showcasing a strong eye for visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. - Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. - Experience with motion design, photography direction, or UI/UX is a plus. - Prior experience in an advertising agency or similar.
