Senior Art Director

As a Senior Art Director, your role will involve leading and inspiring the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring exceptional creative standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the creative vision and art direction for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital projects. - Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and account managers to develop innovative concepts meeting client objectives. - Translating marketing strategies into impactful visual storytelling across print, digital, social media, and video platforms. - Mentoring and guiding junior designers and creative staff to uphold high-quality standards. - Presenting creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence. - Staying updated on design trends, technologies, and best practices for fresh and innovative outputs. - Ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and business goals. In order to qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - At least 7 years of experience in art direction, preferably in an advertising or creative agency. - A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of campaigns and design expertise. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
