Senior Art Director

As a Senior Art Director at Celonis, you will play a crucial role in shaping and evolving the brand identity on a global scale, contributing from the strategic Bangalore hub. You will report directly to the Director of Brand Experience and be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative creative ideas that resonate with the target audience and reinforce the company's position as a market leader. Your adaptability to a fast-paced environment and collaboration across different time zones, including with the core team in Germany and other global stakeholders, will be essential. - Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative, high-impact creative solutions across various marketing and branding initiatives - Play a key role in shaping and developing the Celonis brand specifically for the India market - Act as a key guardian of the Celonis brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and visual excellence - Oversee the end-to-end creative process from concept to final delivery - Work collaboratively with the global Brand Design team while also driving creative initiatives independently in India - Translate complex technological concepts into compelling visual narratives - Stay updated on the latest design trends in the SaaS and B2B space Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in art direction or senior design roles, preferably in a creative agency, SaaS, or B2B environment - Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual thinking and innovative design solutions - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools - Understanding of brand strategy and ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual communications - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment - Keen eye for detail, typography, color, and composition Celonis makes processes work for people, companies, and the planet by using industry-leading process mining and AI technology.
