As an Art Director at our company based in Pune, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction and execution of our brand and marketing initiatives. Your role will involve developing and executing innovative visual concepts that align with our brand strategy and campaign goals. You will lead a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality design standards across all platforms including print, digital, video, and social media. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will closely work with copywriters, marketers, and developers to create cohesive and compelling campaigns. You will oversee the production of creative assets, manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting ideas and design rationale to stakeholders and clients. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field along with 7+ years of experience in art direction or senior design roles. A proven portfolio showcasing a strong eye for visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools is required. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are also crucial. Experience with motion design, photography direction, or UI/UX is considered a plus. Prior experience in an advertising agency or similar environment would be beneficial.
