Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Development of sales officer in terms of product knowledge and company's quality policy.
To ensure achievement of teams assigned sales objective.
Joint field working at retail & stockiest level with all sales officers in a month.
To support team members in launching new products.
To ensure proper distribution of Company Promotional Material by all sales officer.
To support sales officer in preparing orders of stockiest and same to be forward to depot.
Daily attendance of team and self to be intimated to HO.
Ensure payments realization within stipulated time by all sales officers.
To inform HO about competitors activities.
To appoint new stockiest in coordination with RSM/ZSM.
To appoint new sales officer in coordination with RSM.
Conduct training sessions for new employees in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in related field.
