Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Chennai. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design, manage project timelines, and ensure effective integration with other disciplines. They will be involved daily in designing structures, managing project deliverables, coordinating with clients, and ensuring adherence to all architectural standards and regulations. This role requires collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative designs that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Strong Project Management skills to manage timelines and deliverables
• Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural projects
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in the design of corporate, hospitality, retail, multi-housing, and residential spaces is a plus
