Job Description

The TIBCO Senior Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO technologies. This role ensures seamless connectivity across applications, systems, and data sources, enabling digital transformation and business agility.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead architecture design for enterprise integration using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, BWCE, and TIBCO Cloud.
Define integration patterns leveraging SOA, ESB, BPM, and API-led connectivity.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of integration solutions.

Technical Leadership

Provide architectural guidance to development teams and oversee solution delivery.
Conduct requirement analysis, effort estimation, and technical feasibility assessments.
Establish best practices for integration, deployment, and support.

Implementation & Governance

Drive end-to-end solution development, deployment, and release management.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, data governance, and security policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Present architecture roadmaps and solution proposals to executives and stakeholders.
Document architecture artifacts, integration flows, and technical specifications.
