This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane for a Senior Architect at Spectrum Pharmatech Consultants Pvt. Ltd. The Senior Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects with a focus on pharmaceutical and allied industries. Key responsibilities include developing project design concepts, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, preparing drawings and specifications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising construction processes to align with project goals. Additional duties include liaising with clients, managing project timelines, and integrating engineering systems into building designs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architectural Design, 3D Modeling, and Visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
Strong knowledge of Building Codes, Regulations, and Safety Standards
Experience in Project Management including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Familiarity with Construction Processes, Materials, and Techniques used in industrial projects
Excellent Communication, Client Interaction, and Team Collaboration skills
Educational qualifications in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture)
Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries is a strong advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
