Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of large-scale construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure design intent is met during construction.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Implement sustainable design principles and innovative construction techniques.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in architecture and construction project management.
• Registration with the Council of Architecture (if applicable).
• Proven track record of handling large-scale construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹428,883.87 - ₹2,028,033.42 per year
