*Role Overview:* We seek an experienced Senior Architect to lead projects from concept to completion. You’ll shape design narratives, mentor junior team members, and ensure our architectural intent is realized with precision. *Responsibilities:* * Lead design development for residential/commercial projects, from schematic concepts to detailed execution. * Produce technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents with meticulous accuracy. * Spearhead client presentations, translating needs into thoughtful spatial solutions. * Oversee on-site execution, resolving complex design and technical challenges. * Guide material selection and sustainable design strategies tailored to Kerala’s climate and craft traditions. * Mentor junior architects and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and craftsmen. *Ideal Candidate:* * Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture + 3+ years of post-qualification experience. * Portfolio demonstrating residential projects with strong technical detailing. * Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Revit proficiency preferred). * Leadership ability—you articulate design vision while nurturing team growth. * Site-savvy—you understand how drawings translate to built form. *About Yatra Living:* At Yatra Living, we craft spaces that emerge from deep collaboration—with clients, context, and craftsmanship.
