You will be responsible for preparing schematic designs, construction documentation, and presentation materials. The role also involves conducting research on materials, codes, and regulations to ensure full compliance with applicable standards.

As a Senior Architect, youll collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution. Your participation in client meetings and presentations will be key to communicating design proposals and incorporating feedback effectively.

Additional responsibilities include contributing to sustainable design strategies, performing site visits to monitor progress, and ensuring adherence to specifications. You’ll also utilize architectural software to create detailed 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and models, while maintaining thorough and accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team leads and project managers to develop architectural concepts and detailed designs.
  
• Prepare schematic designs, construction documents, and client presentations.
  
• Research materials, building codes, and regulations for compliance and quality assurance.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to support project delivery.
  
• Participate in client meetings to present and discuss design proposals.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
  
• Contribute to the implementation of sustainable and green building practices.
  
• Use architectural tools/software to develop high-quality drawings and 3D models.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  
• 8–12 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
  
• Strong design sensibility and creativity with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
  
• Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
  
• Proactive approach to learning and continuous professional development.
  
• LEED accreditation or experience in sustainable design is a plus.
