Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with architecture and MEP teams, and ensuring models are up-to-date and accurate. The individual will work closely with project managers and engineers to streamline the construction process and enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise as a Modeler
• Strong architectural skills and experience in developing construction drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience in coordinating with architecture and engineering teams
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site (Hyderabad offcie)
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a must.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Minimum Experience required is 4-6 years
