Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Oversight

• Provide strategic technical guidance across all architectural projects to ensure high design standards and technical excellence.
  
• Lead complex, large-scale architecture projects from concept to completion.
  Oversee technical reviews, ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
• Implement quality control processes and mentor teams in delivering detailed, error-free construction documents.
  
• Collaborate with design leads, structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure seamless interdisciplinary coordination.
  
• Review and resolve technical challenges during design and execution phases.
  
• Serve as a senior technical representative in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  
• Translate client briefs into practical, compliant, and technically sound architectural solutions.
  
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level architects in technical detailing, codes, materials, and construction methodologies.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in the technical team.
  
• Conduct technical site visits, review contractor submissions, and resolve site-related challenges.
  
• Support project management teams during construction documentation and execution phases.
  
• Develop and standardize technical documentation templates, BIM protocols, CAD standards, and detailing libraries.
  
• Ensure consistency and efficiency across all project deliverables.
  
• Review and ensure all documentation is compliant with local authority regulations and approval processes.
  
• Promote sustainable design principles and materials innovation in technical detailing and construction.
