Job Description – Senior Architect (US Projects)

Location: Gurugram | Experience: 10–15+ years | Mandatory: Strong US project experience

Role Overview

We are hiring a client-facing Senior Architect who will act as the face of the company for all US-based hospitality/residential projects. This role requires someone who is still actively designing buildings (not only managing teams) and is an expert in US codes, site standards, and design practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and represent the company from the first interaction.

• Develop concept designs based on US site conditions, zoning, codes, and client inputs.

• Work with the internal team to convert concepts into detailed and final drawings.

• Ensure all designs comply with US building codes, ADA, zoning, and local authority requirements.

• Coordinate with design, business, and consultant teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review, refine, and finalize drawings before client submissions.

Strict Eligibility Criteria (Must-Haves)

• 10–15+ years of architectural experience, with minimum 7–8 years on US projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in US hospitality/residential design.

• Strong portfolio showing active design work (not supervision-only).

• Deep knowledge of US codes, ADA, zoning, planning standards.

• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion, Adobe Suite.
