Senior Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for Residential, Commercial project
• Lead teams of architects and engineers to achieve project goals
• Coordinate with structural, electrical (MEP) teams for integrated design
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards & safety guidelines
• Assist in preparing documentation for government approvals and permits
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Review vendor drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications

Preferred candidate profile

• Should posses a

  Masters Degree

  in Architecture
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & design tools
• Experience in large-scale Real Estate projects
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and techniques
• Strong communication & coordination skills
