Role Description

Lead design development + guide site engineers & service consultants
Client & team communication throughout project lifecycle
Ensure material quality and on-site execution as per standards
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress & resolve issues
Review & coordinate with structural, electrical & mechanical drawings
Prepare shop drawings, sections, elevations & detailed CAD drawings
Design villas & apartments

Qualifications

✔ COA Registered

✔ Strong AutoCAD proficiency

✔ Skilled in producing detailed drawings, drafting & documentation

✔Ability to read and coordinate multi-disciplinary drawings

✔Experience 5+ years
