Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced and creative Senior Architect for a leading Interior & Architecture firm based in Saraswati Garden, Rajouri Garden. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling residential and commercial projects from concept to execution, with strong leadership and client-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and development for interior and exterior projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Ensure design compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits for supervision and project progress monitoring.
• Manage junior architects and oversee their work quality and timelines.
• Prepare BOQs and collaborate with the estimation team.
• Handle project presentations and approvals from clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an interior/architectural firm
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Strong design sense with practical execution knowledge
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes
