Job Description

Project Leadership: Manage projects from inception through construction, overseeing design, documentation, and execution.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Meet with clients to define requirements, present proposals, and maintain communication with stakeholders (engineers, builders, etc.).
Design & Documentation: Develop architectural concepts, create detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and models (using software like Revit, AutoCAD).
Compliance: Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning laws, environmental standards, and safety regulations.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering collaboration.
Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project costs and schedules, ensuring delivery within scope.
Technical Oversight: Conduct site visits, resolve design conflicts, and provide expert guidance on materials and methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
