Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Senior Architect with an M.Arch Defree with more than 10 years of experience and registered with COA. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading projects across architectural design, managing project timelines, overseeing integration processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves creating innovative architectural solutions while ensuring that client requirements and project objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Strong skills in Software Development and Integration
• Proven experience in Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop creative, sustainable, and functional architectural solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience working on international projects is a plus
• Familiarity with BIM software and other architectural design tools is highly desirable
