Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Aptitude Trainer located in Jaipur. The Senior Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions focused on aptitude skills, developing and updating training materials, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to students. The trainer will also be involved in mentoring students, monitoring their progress, and assisting in curriculum development. Collaboration with other trainers and staff to ensure cohesive training programs is expected. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability Experience in creating and delivering training content Assessment design and evaluation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to mentor and motivate students Proficiency in using digital tools for training and assessment Any degree Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Show more Show less
