Role Description

As a Senior Aptitude Trainer, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to help students enhance their aptitude and problem-solving skills. Day-to-day tasks include preparing course content, conducting sessions, developing learning materials, and mentoring students to achieve their career goals. You will also collaborate with the curriculum design team to improve course modules and ensure alignment with industry requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Aptitude concepts, including Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation
Experience in designing and delivering effective training sessions and content development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for teaching
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and mentor students
Experience in the field of technical or aptitude training is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred
