Senior Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Team Lead to join our Digital Workplace team. The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration, with strong expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and automation solutions. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly SharePoint solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint Online and on-premise solutions using SPFx.
• Architect and implement solutions using Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage and mentor a team of SharePoint developers and administrators.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and governance.
• Monitor and maintain SharePoint environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 and SharePoint trends and technologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and PnP libraries.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint on-premise development using JSOM, JavaScript, jQuery and understanding of Knockout JS.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform – Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and GitHub.
• Should have understanding on migration tools for SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online migration.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, Azure AD, and security/compliance features.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MS-600, or equivalent) are a plus.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of integration with third-party systems and APIs.
• Exposure to governance and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 environments.
