Career Level Description: - Your work will involve dealing with complex issues that require in-depth knowledge and conceptual thinking related to organizational objectives. - You will be responsible for setting operational objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans. Your decisions will directly influence short-term results of the team/program/group. As a manager, you will oversee activities across multiple disciplines or a department. You will be responsible for implementing policies, selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results. Driving the strategy and success of larger projects that contribute to multiple areas of the organization will be part of your role. You will also be accountable for the department budget, which may have a broad and far-reaching impact on the business segment.
