Role Requirements Primary Skillset

1. F5 Load Balancers
2. Middleware components (Tomcat, JBoss, application support)
3. Application support / Application lifecycle management
4. Basic networking skills
5. Connectivity checks / Connectivity server management
6. Networking & troubleshooting
7. SSL certification (mandatory)
8. LTM (Local Traffic Manager)
9. Preparation of technical documents (TADs, logical flows, models)

Responsibilities

• Support application and infrastructure lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and networking issues
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Secondary Skillset (Good to Have)

• LTM (Local Traffic Manager) experience
• Basic networking and database skills
• Security checks
• Cloud platform understanding (preferred but not mandatory)
• Server and infrastructure building
