Your primary responsibilities will revolve around collaborating with senior management to identify recruitment needs, recognizing skill gaps, and forecasting future hiring requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and enhancing the organization's employer brand to allure and retain top talent, ensuring a favorable candidate experience, and upholding a strong employer reputation.
