Role Overview: As an Operations Senior Analyst (OSA) at Bain & Company, you will be responsible for executing standard operational tasks for the global Strategy & Transformation practice. Working closely with senior members of the practice team, you will gather accurate data, ensure data integrity, and provide insightful analysis and reporting. Your role will involve supporting strategic plan development, driving practice reporting and measurement, and contributing to budget planning and execution. Additionally, you will play a key role in affiliate management, practice operations, and team communication. Key Responsibilities: - Support content preparation for practice leadership team meetings - Assist with data and analytics for strategic planning, ongoing operations, and budgeting - Own practice reporting and structure metrics, ensuring data integrity and resolving discrepancies - Implement repeatable models and utilize technology for efficiency and decision-making - Coordinate with stakeholders, contribute to projects, and perform ad hoc analytics - Manage practice communications, maintain distribution lists, and support internal mailings and webinars - Support affiliate management and meetings, including performance review processes and event coordination - Contribute to practice team onboarding, training, and cross-practice events - Work effectively in a global team, collaborating with colleagues and engaging with senior business executives - Train, coach, or oversee the work of junior team members - Actively contribute to the practice and broader PPK team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Arts or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials - 4-7 years of professional experience preferred - Strong analytical abilities with innovative problem-solving approaches - Proficiency in AI and automation tools, with a growth mindset towards their use - Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional customer service attitude and strong communication skills - Proficiency in analytical tools and coding, as well as Microsoft Applications (Note: Any additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.)
