So, what does it take to be successful in this role

Managing end-to-end R2R accounting processes

- You ll take responsibility for accurate processing of financial transactions, including journal entries, fixed assets, and ensuring timely completion of all financial close activities.

Performing reconciliations and compliance checks

- You ll prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, support intercompany reconciliations, and ensure adherence to GAAP, local statutory requirements, and internal controls.

Supporting reporting and audits

- You ll assist with statutory filings, deliver audit documentation, and maintain the integrity of financial systems in line with company policies.

Collaborating with global finance teams

- You ll work closely with Treasury, P2P, B2C, SCF, and country controllers to ensure seamless hand-offs and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Driving process improvements and issue resolution

- You ll proactively identify key issues, propose solutions, and contribute to simplifying and standardizing processes for greater efficiency.
