This role is responsible for leading the Record-to-Report (R2R) function, ensuring accurate end-to-end accounting and timely financial reporting. You will manage a team of analysts, oversee th-end close processes, and deliver high-quality financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards. The position involves stakeholder collaboration, audit support, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in ERP and reconciliation tools are essential. So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

Leading and supervising the R2R team

- You ll manage Analysts and Senior Analysts, assign tasks, motivate, and develop their skills to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.

Owning the th-end close process

- You ll oversee timely completion of journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.

Driving reporting and compliance excellence

- You ll prepare and review income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensure SOX compliance, and coordinate with auditors for smooth audits.

Collaborating and influencing stakeholders

- You ll work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to resolve queries, provide insights, and support strategic ision-making.

Improving processes and maintaining governance

- You ll identify efficiency opportunities within the R2R cycle, up SOPs regularly, and ensure adherence to internal controls and Blackline reconciliation standards.
