Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Executive in Revenue Cycle Management at Aster Global Centre - India, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the revenue cycle process to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Analyze and report on revenue cycle performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and motivate a team of revenue cycle professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, billing, and payment systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with revenue cycle management software and systems.
