SENIOR ANALYST, PROCUREMENT

You will be a part of the Global Procurement team supporting the Tech Procurement area. Your responsibilities will include supporting and aligning with business initiatives, organization goals, and actions focused on sourcing projects. Additionally, you will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. In this role, you will: - Lead negotiations by creating cost models of different contract variables, running scenarios, and executing defined negotiation strategies to ensure business needs are met. - Support in the development of sourcing and procurement strategy by working with the Category Team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting information and findings to drive negotiation strategy development. - Participate in supplier selection, justify supplier selection, and create quantification and documentation of savings to support business goals. - Manage multiple project initiatives for supplier sourcing, ensuring timelines related to sourcing and contract goals are met, and reporting results and deliverables to supervisors and stakeholders. - Prepare budgeting, spend analysis, review contracts, and provide vendor information to support vendor management. - Collaborate with suppliers to meet business requirements and applicable terms and conditions, drive decision-making, and provide clarifications on business requirements. - Provide vendor recommendations to senior team members to facilitate contract negotiations and maintain commercial confidentiality throughout the sourcing process. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A graduate or postgraduate degree - 4-8 years of experience in end-to-end IT sourcing and procurement, with experience in leading vendor negotiations independently - Understanding of negotiation tools like e-Auction, Clean Sheet Costing, TCO model, Kraljic matrix, etc. - Detail-oriented, organized, team player; flexible, dynamic, and proactive individual; easily accepts constructive input - Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and MS Office skills - Experience in ERP (Coupa/Ariba/SAP) and procurement tools is preferred - Willingness to work in US support hours Your work with the Global Procurement team will contribute to creating sustainable competitive advantage through flawless execution strategies, talent growth, world-class hiring programs, supply base management, and value delivery.,
