SENIOR ANALYST, PROCUREMENT

As a part of the Global Procurement team supporting the Tech Procurement area, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Leading negotiation: Support supplier negotiations by creating cost models, running scenarios, assessing negotiation outcomes, and executing negotiation strategies to meet business needs. - Category Management: Assist in developing sourcing and procurement strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting information to drive negotiation strategy development. - Developing supplier relationships: Participate in supplier selection, justify supplier selection, and document savings to support business goals. - Stakeholder Management: Manage project initiatives for supplier sourcing, ensure timelines are met, address issues, and report results to supervisors and stakeholders. - Budgeting and analysis: Prepare budgeting, spend analysis, review contracts from a commercial and legal perspective, and provide vendor information to support vendor management. - Standard Sourcing practices: Work independently with suppliers to meet business requirements, compile requests for information and proposals, and maintain commercial confidentiality throughout the sourcing process. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate or Postgraduate degree - 4-8 years of experience in end-to-end IT Sourcing & Procurement - Experience in Strategic Sourcing for Technology Procurement preferred - Understanding of Negotiation tools like eAuction, Clean Sheet Costing, TCO model, Kraljic matrix - Detail-oriented, organized team player with excellent communication skills - Experience with ERP systems (Coupa/Ariba/SAP) and Procurement tools preferred - Ability to work in US support hours Location: Pardhanani Wilshire II, Cessna Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli Village, Varthur Hobli, India,
