Job Description

Operate and maintain portfolio governance processes to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Track project budgets and expenditures, assisting in financial forecasting and reporting.
Generate regular status reports and analyze data for performance metrics.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing inquiries.
Continuously improve project management processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains.
Support defining and building requirements for enhancements to Smartsheet, creating workflows and necessary documentation.
Ensure key deliverables are met in line with the Global PMO Roadmap and provide support, knowledge transfer, and guidance on PMO best practices.
Implement best practices and ensure work quality through regular testing and risk identification.
Create training material and workshops to equip the organization with correct knowledge on how to use the PMO tool effectively.
