Senior Analyst - Marketing Services

You will be responsible for providing analytics support to Novartis internal customers, including CPOs and Regional marketing and sales teams, on various low-medium complexity analytical reports. Your role will involve supporting and facilitating data-enabled decision-making by communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics effectively. Additionally, you will support the GBS -GCO business in building practice through various initiatives such as knowledge sharing, onboarding, training support, assisting the team lead in business-related tasks, and building process documentation and knowledge repositories. You will also play a crucial role in a comprehensive design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials.
