Senior Analyst

As a GBS Global Blackline Senior Analyst at an FMCG - MNC in Ahmedabad, your role will involve: - Administering and maintaining the BlackLine platform, which includes managing user roles, permissions, security settings, and ensuring data integrity. - Supporting system updates, upgrades, and monitoring performance to maintain stability and compliance. - Configuring and managing master data setup for new entities, as well as routine system tasks like calendar maintenance and report generation. - Monitoring data imports and interfaces from subledgers and ERPs to ensure smooth data flow and timely reconciliations. - Conducting regular testing of the BlackLine software to validate both existing and new functionalities. - Providing user training, documentation, and support on BlackLine functionality and best practices. - Handling user access, reconciliation assignments, and system structure updates in coordination with local admins. - Executing strategic projects to align financial processes with system capabilities and drive process optimization. - Collaborating closely with Finance and IT teams for system integrations, module implementations, and automation enhancements. - Standardizing and streamlining BlackLine usage across global teams to achieve process excellence. - Generating dashboards and analytical reports to monitor system usage, performance, and identify areas for improvement. - Participating in automation and technology-driven projects such as intercompany hub, transaction matching, and reporting tools. - Supporting internal, external, and SOX audit activities by providing relevant system data and compliance reports.,
