Responsibilities

Completes checks and controls as per the timelines specified in the SOP and email updates.Highlights network interruptions and instability, to the line manager rather waiting for things to go normal.Highlights abnormalities identified while performing the checks, to shift leads and not assume situations. Engages manager on duty in appropriate situations.Emails sent to appropriate BO contacts fetched from outlook contacts list. Avoids copying contacts from an email sent previouslyAvoids taking action on flows based on assumptions. Takes necessary help from L2 team and line managerEnsures effective usage of the on-duty documentProvides all required information for an L2 investigation, at one go.Engages the manager on duty with clear explanation of the incident.Uses the incident email template with all necessary stakeholders and support teams in copy.Performs all actions required from HSE during an incident, on GO from the manager on duty/appropriate tech teamsAcknowledges all email queries within 30 mins of receipt of the mailUses all appropriate applications in order to ensure first call resolution on all eligible casesEscalates case to appropriate teams if it requires intervention of other teamsProper follow up on email queries as defined in the KPI metrics

Prior Experience In Incident Management And Ticketing Preferred
