Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the team, your role will involve completing checks and controls according to specified timelines and email updates. You will be responsible for highlighting network interruptions and abnormalities, engaging with the shift leads and manager on duty when necessary. Your communication skills will be essential in sending emails to the appropriate contacts and ensuring effective usage of the on-duty document. Providing all required information for an L2 investigation and engaging the manager on duty with clear explanations will be part of your daily tasks. Proper usage of incident email templates and acknowledging email queries promptly are crucial responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to escalate cases to appropriate teams and ensure proper follow-up on email queries as per KPI metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Complete checks and controls as per SOP and email updates - Highlight network interruptions and abnormalities - Engage with shift leads and manager on duty - Send emails to appropriate contacts - Avoid taking actions based on assumptions - Provide all required information for L2 investigation - Engage manager on duty with clear explanations - Use incident email template with necessary stakeholders - Acknowledge all email queries within 30 mins - Use appropriate applications for first call resolution - Escalate cases to other teams if required - Follow up on email queries based on KPI metrics Qualifications Required: - Banking domain knowledge - Prior experience working in shifts - Prior experience in Incident Management and Ticketing preferred - SWIFT knowledge preferred - Proficiency in French Please note that the job posting also includes additional details about the company, highlighting their focus on employee involvement in solidarity actions, commitment to supporting the Group's ESG strategy, and emphasis on diversity and inclusion.,
