Senior Analyst

As a Senior Analyst / Analyst in Strategic Initiatives at HighRadius, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to drive CXO engagements with prospect and customer accounts globally. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct research and data analysis to plan and execute high-level touchpoint campaigns with senior executives. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, provide insights, and assist sales leaders in driving executive engagement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant information - Synthesize complex data to generate meaningful insights for strategic initiatives - Support international teams with research material to progress prospecting accounts - Collaborate with stakeholders to execute sales strategy and regional leads - Create marketing and communication outreach materials - Plan campaigns and events in collaboration with regional leads worldwide - Present HighRadius value proposition to prospects and customer accounts **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or Post Graduate with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in research, data analysis, and campaign management - Strong research skills with proficiency in research tools - Business acumen and analytical skills - Content writing skills and marketing acumen - Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Exposure to Salesforce and office productivity tools is a plus - Prior experience in consulting, enterprise pre-sales, or marketing roles is a plus HighRadius values professionals who can bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication to drive successful CXO engagements and sales initiatives.
