Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  accounting revenue cycle

  for a business unit
• Analyze complex customer contracts in accordance with

  GAAP

• Process, review, and distribute accurate

  customer invoices

• Ensure timely and accurate

  month-end close, forecasting, and reporting

• Record accruals and adjustments via journal entries
  
• Reconcile

  balance sheet accounts

  (Contract Assets & Liabilities)
• Act as a key resource for internal and external stakeholders
  
• Support internal controls, quarterly and year-end audits
  
• Handle

  ad hoc analysis

  and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree

  in Accounting or Finance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
  
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  (SQL / VBA preferred)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
  
• Self-starter attitude with dedication to continuous improvement
  

Preferred Experience:

• Prior professional exposure in

  accounting, bookkeeping, or customer service

• Experience with

  information systems and databases
