Job Description

About The Role We are looking at an Analyst who will be responsible for setting up touchpoints [banners] in customer accounts when they sign in/out of their accounts basis inputs and instructions from the client marketing team. Will give you an insight into how digital marketing is performed across other channel operations within the client organization. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus. Onsite Ops Analyst Roles and Responsibilities: Set up onsite touchpoint banners using client provided tool Perform relevant banner to segment mapping basis guidance from data segmentation team Client coordination and end-to-end management of assigned campaigns Performing QA and consulting client for assigned campaigns Provide requisite touchpoint reporting basis requests from marketers/stakeholders concerning banner performance (impressions) Technical and Functional Skills: Bachelor's degree in any field Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
