Job Description

Role Overview: As a pivotal member of the team at LSEG, your role will be dedicated to helping with the successful delivery and governance of key Cyber Security services within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring Service Delivery: Ensure that Cyber Security services are delivered according to agreed-upon standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Performance Reporting: Create and maintain reports on service delivery performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. Use these reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between different stakeholders, including internal clients, LSEG Technical teams, and Cyber Security Service teams. Prepare and maintain board and service review packs, track and ensure timely resolution of actions, manage expectations, and keep all parties informed about service delivery status and any arising issues. - Assisting Leadership: Support in developing, preparing, and supporting the Cyber Service Catalogue, Service Reporting, and Service Transition processes. - Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Perform quality reviews of service reports and dashboards to ensure correct metrics are captured, validated, and presented in line with the service. Facilitate and support regular reviews of other standards and documents owned by the Cyber Strategy and Service Governance team. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in control frameworks based on industry best practices such as NIST, COBIT, and ISO27001. - Good understanding of Cyber and Technology Service Management principles and policies, ideally ITIL certified. - Familiarity with large-scale enterprise technology solutions and systems delivery, including applications, infrastructure, networks, and cloud technologies. - Possession of a recognized Cyber Security qualification is desirable. - A degree or master's qualification in Cyber Security, Information Security, or IT Management is desirable. - Familiarity with risk frameworks to assess and mitigate risks effectively. - Proficiency in management and operational reporting. - Ability to build compelling PowerPoint presentations and visualize sophisticated concepts effectively. - Desire and ability to stay updated with the latest Cyber Security trends and events, especially within the Technology and financial services industry.
