Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in Business Transformation and Revenue Operations at Insights and Enablement, you will play a crucial role in improving efficiency and driving smarter decisions for the Services business unit. Your responsibilities will involve developing a strong understanding of the business environment, engaging with key stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and driving implementation with desired outcomes. - Develop a strong understanding of the business environment - Engage with key stakeholders from Sales, Product, Delivery, Compliance, Technology, Finance, etc. - Comprehend current state processes through stakeholder conversations, process demos, and system understanding - Use analytical frameworks and data-driven insights to identify process improvements - Drive implementation with desired outcomes and behavioral change - Develop documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps - Establish success KPIs and create robust data dashboards - Monitor KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B services organizations - Experience in driving business transformation, especially in B2B services organizations - Background in business consulting or problem-solving in unstructured situations - Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills - Knowledge of B2B Sales processes, Sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, contract automation), Compliance processes (e.g., KYC), Data visualization, and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau) - 5-8 years of relevant professional experience with suitable educational qualifications (Note: Omitting the Additional Details section as it is not applicable for the job description),
