Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Analog Layout Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Senior Analog Layout Engineer will be responsible for layout design and circuit design of analog circuits, ensuring accurate physical verification, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves working on complex designs, handling multiple projects, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within stipulated timelines.

Qualifications:

1. He/She should be able to act as focal point with customers, work and lead a team of 3-4 custom layout engineers on analog layout, physical verification, maintaining PDKs, ealuating them. The candidates should have a strong expertise in some critical layouts such as PLL, DLL, LNA, VGA, ADC, LDO. He/She should be able to adapt to new technologies/tools/flows pretty quickly.
2. Expertise in Custom Layout Standard Cells, I/O or special analog designs such as RF transceivers, LNA, VGA, PLL, DLL, LDO, Bandgap, VCO, ADC,DAC.
3. Strong Layout Design Concepts.
4. Experience in Pcell development, maintaining and modifying PDKs.
5. Experience in Layout Design tools such as Virtuoso, Virtuoso-XL.
6. Expertise in SKILL Programming Language.
7. Experience in Physical verification.
8. Exposure to Calibre, Hercules and Assura.
9. Exposure to digital place & route.
10. Should be able to mentor layout engineers and act as focal point with customers.
11. Good understanding of Analog Design.
12. Strong basics in process technology, fabrication techniques.
13. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to clearly document plans.
14. Ability to interface with different teams and prioritize work based on project needs
