Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer who is not only technically exceptional but also deeply committed to the startup journey—someone who’s ready to take ownership, experiment boldly, and push boundaries. You will lead AI/ML initiatives, from research and model development to deployment and scaling, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with our vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML models and systems.

• Research and experiment with new algorithms, architectures, and frameworks to solve high-impact business problems.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products.

• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference speed for real-world usage.

• Build robust data pipelines for training, evaluation, and monitoring.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and research to keep Ameyaa NXT at the forefront of AI innovation.

• Mentor junior engineers and guide AI/ML best practices across the team.

• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of projects from idea to production.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).

• Expertise in at least one of: NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, or Predictive Analytics.

• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).

• Experience deploying models in production using FastAPI, Flask, or similar.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Mindset & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least one major project deployed in production.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under uncertainty.

• Passion for building, iterating, and improving products rapidly.

• Willingness to take on challenges outside the strict AI/ML scope when needed.
