Senior AI Engineer

Your role will involve transforming customer service and lead generation in various industries such as Automotive, Construction, Self Storage, Trade Services, and more. You will work under Xtreme Online Solutions, with the possibility of working from offices in Ahmedabad or Trivandrum as required. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to optimize design options, streamline engineering workflows, and enhance project planning. You will also lead AI product development, mentor junior team members, collaborate with business leaders and end-users to identify process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will be expected to rapidly prototype and test AI solutions in an agile environment, take ownership of AI products throughout their lifecycle, continuously enhance AI models and systems, engage in architectural reviews, and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. An MS or PhD is a plus. You must have strong proficiency in Python, experience with AI and ML frameworks like PyTorch and Langchain, and proven expertise in building and deploying AI/machine learning systems, including NLP and computer vision techniques. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI's GPT, experience with prompt engineering techniques, knowledge of methodologies like Retrieve and Generate (RAG), and experience with REST API architecture, database management, and automation tools are also required. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, leadership abilities, clear communication skills, and a genuine passion for leveraging AI to innovate and transform traditional business processes are essential.
