Description
Role Overview: As an AI Engineer at Darwix AI, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI pipelines for real-time transcription, LLM orchestration, RAG, and multilingual voice systems. This hands-on leadership role will require you to architect, code, optimize, and mentor while delivering AI features that impact thousands of live conversations every day. Key Responsibilities: - Architect end-to-end pipelines for transcription, real-time inference, LLM integration & vector retrieval - Build, fine-tune & deploy STT/diarization models (Whisper, Wav2Vec2.0) - Implement GenAI workflows using OpenAI, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral & open-source LLMs - Design low-latency, multi-lingual pipelines for real-time audio - Build WebSocket-based streaming, chunked inference & caching - Develop event-driven architectures for voice processing - Build RAG pipelines with FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate + LangChain/LlamaIndex - Own chunking, indexing & embedding strategies (OpenAI, Cohere, HuggingFace) - Fine-tune LLMs with RLHF, SFT, LoRA/PEFT - Optimize prompts for summarization, tone, objection handling & categorization - Run few-shot & zero-shot benchmarking - Ensure pipeline robustness with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions) - Collaborate with data teams for ingestion, labeling & augmentation - Lead & mentor a high-performing AI engineering team - Work with backend, frontend & product teams to deliver at scale - Drive architectural decisions across AI, data & backend systems Qualification Required: - BTech/BE from Tier 1 Institutes in India (IIT, NIT, IIIT, etc.) - 1-6 years building & deploying AI/ML systems (at least 2 yrs in NLP/voice tech) - Hands-on with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI/Django - Strong experience in ASR, NLP, GenAI, or RAG systems - Proven track record of production AI deployments with latency optimization - Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, vector DBs, and transformer models Additional Details: Darwix AI is one of India's fastest-growing GenAI startups, redefining enterprise sales and customer engagement with real-time conversational intelligence.
