Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer at JK Lucent, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of advanced AI systems. Your role will involve designing and developing scalable AI and ML models for real-world applications, building and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical documentation, and ensure ethical model development and compliance with data privacy standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop scalable AI and ML models for real-world applications. - Build, fine-tune, and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for use cases such as chatbots, summarization, and document intelligence. - Work with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions with necessary visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Deploy models to production environments and implement monitoring and model retraining pipelines. - Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in AI, especially in LLMs and generative models. - Guide and mentor junior AI engineers, reviewing code and providing technical leadership. - Contribute to technical documentation, architecture design, and solution strategies. - Ensure models are developed and used ethically and comply with data privacy standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development with hands-on expertise in model design, development, and deployment. - Strong experience working with LLMs and Generative AI tools such as Hugging Face Hub, LangChain, Haystack, LLaMA, GPT, BERT, and T5. - Proficiency in Python and ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers. - Solid understanding of mathematics, statistics, and applied data science principles. - Experience deploying models using Docker, FastAPI, MLflow, or similar tools. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services. - Demonstrated experience in working on end-to-end AI solutions in production environments. - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to present technical topics. - Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams. - Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.,
