Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a high-performing software engineering team, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
2. Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
3. Partner with cross-functional teams across regions to define product roadmaps and deliver value-driven outcomes.
4. Promote best practices in engineering, architecture, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
5. Oversee technical planning, sprint execution, code reviews, and release management.
6. Facilitate continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
7. Mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative engineering culture.
8. Ensure compliance with internal standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 8-12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
4. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
5. Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and API design.
6. Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage complex projects in agile environments.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML solutions.
2. Exposure to product-thinking and customer-centric design.
