Unikisan AgroTech Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Agronomist to join our mission-driven team in Nagpur.🔍 Key Responsibilities:Implement organic crop production plans for pulses using Unikisan App tailored to various agro-climatic zones near Nagpur.Provide technical support to field teams and associated farmers on organic practices, soil health, pest and disease management.Conduct field trials, analyze soil data, and recommend improvements in farming techniques and inputs supporting Unikisan App.Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to align agronomic practices with business goals.Train and mentor junior agronomists and field teams.✅ Qualifications & Experience:Bsc or M.Sc. in Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).Minimum 2-5 years of experience in organic farming and agronomic research.In-depth knowledge of organic inputs, certification standards (NPOP, PGS, etc.), and sustainable farming systems.Strong communication and team leadership skills.Willingness to travel and work closely with farmers in rural areas.🌱 Why Join Us?At Unikisan AgroTech Pvt Ltd, we are committed to transforming agriculture through data driven, sustainable and regenerative practices.
