Conduct field trials, analyze soil data, and recommend improvements in farming techniques and inputs supporting Unikisan App. Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to align agronomic practices with business goals. Train and mentor junior agronomists and field teams. ✅ Qualifications & Experience: Bsc or M.Sc. in Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus). Minimum 2-5 years of experience in organic farming and agronomic research. In-depth knowledge of organic inputs, certification standards (NPOP, PGS, etc.), and sustainable farming systems.
